I understand that life can get a little hectic. To help me service all my wonderful guests, I kindly ask you to keep the cancellation policy in mind. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me a chance to try to accommodate other guests! Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without letting me know, I will need to charge the full service cost. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service time or reschedule your appointment, and a fee might apply. I really appreciate your understanding!
